Make like the French….. we’re talking perfume not chickens.

Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Christian Dior, whatever your scent, make sure your home smells amazing for viewings. Those little tester bottles you’ve been keeping make sumptuous air fresheners for viewing days.

• Spritz a few cotton wool balls with plenty of perfume and tuck the behind a few of your radiators. When the heating comes on the warmth will release the fragrance.

• Nothing beats a clean, fresh smelling home, and to achieve this property must be regularly aired, even in winter.

• We'd also recommend using a Plug In, reed diffuser or scented candle to fragrance your home, particularly if you have pets.
