Our fee for residential freehold property is 1.5% + VAT (minimum fees apply), transparent from day 1.

Wishart Estate Agents was founded in 2013 by Lucie Wishart, who set out to create an estate agency built on genuine relationships, trust and care. Having spent years working for other estate agents, Lucie wanted to offer a service that felt more personal, one where every client was treated like a neighbour, not a number. Back then, female estate agency owners going it alone were rare, but Lucie followed her passion and established Wishart Estate Agents from her parents spare bedroom in Copmanthorpe.
All these years later, that same commitment to doing things properly still drives everything we do. What began as a one-woman venture has grown into a close-knit office, award-winning team, Alison, Jenny and Erica, each bringing their own expertise and warmth to the business.
