We could also have made a steady income stream over the last 12 years using referrals from whichever supplier offered the highest fee, however, we have only ever recommended solicitors, surveyors and trades people on their own ability to care for our clients as we would care for them. No backhanders, no ulterior motives, just a genuine level of care for our clients.
Education and Growth
From the very beginning, education has been a driving force behind everything we do. In my 20s, I was one of the most highly educated estate agents in the country, and that passion for learning has never faded. Over the past 12 years, I’ve made it my mission to instil that same commitment to growth and development in my own team. It’s part of what ensures we deliver the outstanding service our clients deserve.
