Award winning Wishart Estate Agents launch new hub in Tadcaster

We’ve taken over the beautifully light and spacious, Wilton House on Station Road, former home of Copley Electricals.

We’re really spoilt with the pretty location, we have a beautiful outlook over the tree lined Station Road and the stunning lawns and flower beds beyond. We also love that the office has its own front lawn and even flag pole! We’re actually considering getting a Wishart Estate Agents flag up there!

We’ve had the office completely redecorated to a trendy white and grey scheme. The entrance features a bright and comfortable reception area, displaying all of our certificates and, our prized ESTAS photos of us and Phil Spencer! There’s also a relaxed seating area for visitors, an iPad display for our properties and a water machine, ideal on a day like today.  Dominating the entrance area is a huge, fully enclosed, reception desk, ideal for welcoming our visitors. This is also where we keep our ESTAS awards for our amazing customer service.

Beyond the reception desk, each team member has their own desk and personal working space within the large, open plan office. We feel it’s important to work closely together, this way we’re all kept updated with the happenings of each day. We pride ourselves on our customer service and knowing exactly where each vendor and purchaser is along their property journey with us.

Glass partitions allow for plenty of light to our dining area. That’s right, we have a full dining room in our office. In order to make Wishart Estate Agents the success it is, it’s very important that the team are fuelled and rested. Although, it’s hard to be rested when two beautiful pugs pester you for your lunch each day! Beau & Stitch are often found wondering round in the office. It’s been scientifically proven that dogs add to a working environment…….or so Lucie likes to tell us.

Beyond the dining area is the director’s office. While we all work together in the main office, its vital to have somewhere a little more formal for those motivating appraisal meetings and sometimes a little rest on the big sofa! Our office can be a really busy place, so this is also where Lucie carries out the business side of things, in peace.

The well equipped Kitchen and facilities, which we share with the fabulous guys at Motoshack Custom Graphics, have also just been completely redecorated and they complete our Tadcaster hub.
