Over the years, we've introduced a number of improvements designed to make moving home simpler and more enjoyable for our clients. Earlier this year, we launched our client app to make communication easier than ever, alongside our 24-hour online booking service for viewings and valuations, giving clients the freedom to arrange appointments whenever it suits them.

Today, we're delighted to introduce another exciting enhancement. For the first time, since we launched in 2013, we've expanded our reception service, making it even easier for clients and prospective buyers to get in touch.

Our dedicated reception team is now available:
Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 9:00pm
Weekends: 8:00am – 6:00pm

They'll be on hand to:
Book property viewings
Arrange valuation appointments
Answer general enquiries
Take messages for the team

Our receptionists will help us offer even greater flexibility, ensuring clients can contact us and arrange appointments at a time that works for them.

At Wishart Estate Agents, relationships are at the heart of everything we do. Lucie, Jenny and Erica will continue to personally conduct every viewing, carry out every valuation and build relationships with prospective buyers, while Alison continues to guide our clients through every stage of their sale.

Our extended reception team gives us the opportunity to be even more responsive, supporting our clients whenever they choose to get in touch.
