What are the ESTAS Awards and why are they so important?

Avid followers of our social media channels will have seen that, once again, we have decided to enter the ESTAS Awards.

Having previously won a gold award for our first year in business back in 2013 and then five years later managing to scoop a silver award, following a period of business growth and team expansion in 2018, we’re now going for the hattrick!

Here at Wishart Estate Agents, we take our customer service very seriously because ultimately, we know that our clients have a choice. We have always been very proud of the personal service we provide and have now become locally renowned for.

Having battled through the turbulence of the pandemic, we feel that the 2022 ESTAS Awards are a perfect way to demonstrate that even under extreme stress and ever-changing restrictions, our customer service never falters.

As with many other people, the team have fought intense personal and professional challenges throughout the pandemic yet, have aways remained dedicated to our clients.

The ESTAS Awards is the national award scheme that recognises and champions property professionals who provide exceptional customer service in the residential property industry. Winners are selected purely on the honest feedback of clients and customers who have gone through the full-service experience with a property professional, via the ESTAS customer review platform.

The prestigious awards ceremony takes place every October at Grosvenor House Hotel in London, where the country’s favourite property expert and ESTAS ambassador, Phil Spencer announces the winners.

Spencer says “I think it says a great deal about a firm who takes part in the ESTAS. They care about their reputation, and they care about their customers. Companies who sign up to the ESTAS are committed to giving customers the best possible service they can.”
