Commer House

Tadcaster Enterprise Park provides high-quality, superbly located office accommodation within Yorkshire’s economic "golden triangle" of Leeds, Harrogate and York. The space is substantially let, but units up to 4,000 sq. ft. remain available.

The park is based on the site of the former Tadcaster Rural District Council headquarters. The original headquarters building, which once housed the offices and council chamber, has been fully refurbished to provide modern office accommodation in a heritage setting. Called Commer House, the floodlit, two-story building retains an imposing entrance and double staircase with art deco features. It has 12,000 sq, ft of office accommodation.

Also on the site is a two-year-old purpose-built, two-storey office block, designed and constructed to blend sympathetically with its environment, while providing all the benefits of a new building. Called Golder House, it provides 10,000 sq. ft. of accommodation.
